I am a first-generation Mexican-American, the oldest of three, and a natural-born leader who learned to navigate complex systems at a very young age.
After mastering the English language in just six months at nine years old, I quickly became the translator for my family — and soon after, for my entire community. That early responsibility ignited a lifelong drive: it landed me my first job in an insurance agency at fifteen, instilled a deep work ethic modeled by my parents, and shaped me into a meticulous, goal-oriented operator.
Growing up fast gave me an "old soul" perspective on life. Today, I channel that early intensity into intentional growth, mindful living, and an insatiable curiosity about the world.
I am an operations leader with over 17 years of experience navigating complex corporate landscapes, managing risk, and protecting brand integrity. Currently serving as an Agency Director, I partner with executive leadership to clear the compliance and regulatory runway so organizations can aggressively scale and enter new markets.
But I am not just a keeper of the rules. I am a builder of systems. My superpower is the ability to walk into a chaotic, inefficient environment, instantly diagnose the gaps, and engineer a streamlined solution. I bridge the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level execution — I don't just want to advise on the vision, I want to build the vehicle that drives it forward.
I am meticulous, highly organized, and I genuinely thrive when things are moving fast. My leadership style balances steady composure with radical clarity:
My approach to operations is universal. Whether I am protecting a corporate brand or volunteering in the field, I see the world through the lens of optimization.
Spotting the gaps: While serving as a translator on a medical mission trip to Guatemala with M4 Institute, I recognized a massive logistical bottleneck in patient care.
Implementing the strategy: I redesigned the clinic's triage flow, introducing an entry registration system that captured vital patient data, pre-screened medical needs, and established a fast-track line for specialized care.
Driving future growth: By training the team to track OTC medication data and patient metrics, I didn't just fix the immediate chaos — I handed the organization data infrastructure they could use to secure future grants and scale their impact.
I'm passionate about supporting causes that are near and dear to my heart — giving people without a voice, a voice. That commitment has led to over a decade of volunteer leadership, and toward my long-term goal of serving as COO of a mission-driven nonprofit.
I'm always glad to connect with people building something ambitious — where operational discipline meets genuine mission.
