Leadership In Action

Giving people without a voice, a voice.

Long before I set my sights on a nonprofit COO role, I was already doing the work — volunteering my time, my operational skill set, and my leadership across organizations serving refugees, underserved families, and vulnerable communities. This is where I've shown up, listed newest to oldest.

Organizations I've Served

Six organizations. One consistent thread.

An International Baccalaureate World School educating refugees, immigrants, and local children together — providing a rigorous, holistic education within an intentionally diverse community of mutual learners.

My role & impact: In my first year serving on the Development Committee, I'm helping lead fundraising strategy for a multi-year capital campaign to fund the school's new building — partnering with fellow board members on financial planning and donor engagement as ICS charts its next 3–5 years of growth.

Medical mission trips to Guatemala providing clinics for underserved communities, along with education on nutrition and sustainable health habits.

My role & impact: Served as translator, then spotted a major bottleneck in patient flow and redesigned the clinic's triage process — adding an entry registration system to capture patient data, pre-screen medical needs, and fast-track specialized care. Trained the team to track OTC medication and patient metrics, leaving them with data infrastructure to support future grant applications and scale their impact.

My role & impact: Supporting the Children's Ministry team across education, literacy programming, and day-to-day operations — helping kids build foundational skills alongside their faith journey.

A global movement of people working together to build more prosperous, vibrant communities by making sure everyone has a decent, safe, affordable place to call home.

"I'm passionate about supporting causes that are near and dear to my heart — giving people without a voice, a voice."

This is a living portfolio. If you lead a mission-driven organization and want to talk about how my operational background could serve your team, I'd love to connect.

Let's build what's next.

I'm always glad to connect with people building something ambitious — where operational discipline meets genuine mission.
